Nicola Lacorte confirmed at DAMS Lucas Oil for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 season

We are delighted to confirm that Nicola Lacorte will continue with DAMS Lucas Oil for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 campaign.

Nicola, Alpine Academy driver, has demonstrated steady progress throughout the year. His first season within DAMS Lucas Oil was marked by a strong level of commitment, his capacity to adapt to the structure’s requirements, and a professional approach to every race weekend. Despite occasional challenges, he gained valuable experience on F1 Grand Prix circuits, often in demanding conditions, and consistently showed resilience.

Faced with a highly competitive field, the challenge was substantial. This context enabled DAMS Lucas Oil to establish the foundations of a structured development plan for Nicola, focusing on long-term progression aligned with the demands of the championship.

The 2026 FIA Formula 3 season will feature ten rounds, with the opening event taking place in Melbourne, Australia, from 6-8 March at the Albert Park Circuit.
