Nandhavud “Jem” Bhirombhakdi joins DAMS Lucas Oil for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship

DAMS Lucas Oil is delighted to announce the arrival of Thai driver Nandhavud “Jem” Bhirombhakdi for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 season.

At only 19 years old, Thai driver Nandhavud “Jem” Bhirombhakdi began his career in karting before steadily climbing the single-seater ladder. He competed in the UAE and German Formula 4 Championships in 2022, showing strong development and several top-ten finishes with Jenzer Motorsport. After a full season in the Italian and Central European F4 series in 2023, he moved up to the Formula Regional European Championship in 2024 to continue his progression. In 2026, Jem will take the next step by joining DAMS Lucas Oil for his rookie season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship.

By joining DAMS Lucas Oil, Jem takes a new step in his racing journey, continuing his development within one of the most respected teams in junior single-seater racing. His arrival reflects the team’s long-standing commitment to nurturing young international talents and helping them reach the highest level of motorsport.

The 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship will feature ten rounds, kicking off from 6-8 March at Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne, Australia.
