• The caps are sold as-is and as described on the website.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
• Prices displayed are in Euros and include French VAT as per French regulations.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are specified at the time of purchase.
• The sale is considered final once the buyer has confirmed their purchase on the website.
• Availability of the caps is subject to change based on demand.

Payment conditions:

• Payments can be made by credit card only.
• If payment is not received or declined, the order will not be processed.

Return conditions:

• The buyer has 14 days from receipt of the caps to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the caps without justification.
• Returned caps must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If the return conditions are met, the buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of their purchase.

Refund conditions:

• In the case of a return that complies with the return conditions, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned caps using the credit card provided during the purchase.
• If the caps are damaged, the buyer will be contacted to determine the refund or repair arrangements.

Conditions in the event of loss of the parcel:

• In the event of loss of the parcel by the carrier, the buyer must contact us within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the parcel to report the loss and request a refund or re-shipment of the caps.
• We undertake to take the necessary steps with the carrier to locate the parcel or obtain compensation.
• If the parcel is not found, the buyer will be refunded the amount of their purchase or may request a re-shipment of the caps.
• If the parcel is found damaged, the buyer will be contacted to determine the refund or repair arrangements.
